Will patients see or have access to my contact details?
No. Your personal contact details are never shared. HUMAN by ShareGratitude acts as a secure intermediary, ensuring appreciation flows directly without revealing private information.
What is the purpose of this initiative?
The purpose of this initiative is to give patients, families and colleagues a simple and meaningful way to thank and support staff, while shifting the focus from complaints and negativity to everyday acts of care that truly make a difference.
Is this initiative being driven by HR or our Organisation?
HUMAN by ShareGratitude is an independent initiative, supported by your organisation, to recognise and celebrate the care you and your colleagues provide every day.
Is participation mandatory?
No. Participation is entirely voluntary. All staff are welcome to take part, including independent, contracted, volunteer and non-clinical staff, but there is no obligation. The programme is designed to be inclusive, encouraging and meaningful, without imposing any requirement to participate.
I do not want to have a profile image. Can I still participate?
Yes Absolutely! A profile image makes it easier for Patients and Families to recognise and thank you. If you prefer not to use a personal photo, you can simply upload an image of your staff name badge instead.
Can “Thank You” messages be saved and downloaded for appraisals and future reference?
Yes. Your Thank You messages are always kept safe.
You can see them anytime through the HUMAN app, and they can be even downloaded later for appraisals or personal reflection. A copy is also sent by email, so you never lose it.
How do I sign up for HUMAN by ShareGratitude?
Visit your App Store and search “HUMAN by Share Gratitude” to download. You can also scan the secure QR code provided by your organisation. Follow the quick registration steps and you’re ready to go. From there, you’ll start receiving real-time messages of appreciation and token gifts from patients, families, and colleagues. It’s simple, secure, and designed to make recognition meaningful and beneficial.
