Will patients see or have access to my contact details?

No, your contact details are never shared. All messages are delivered through your HUMAN App.

Is participation mandatory?

No. Participation is encouraged but entirely voluntary and open to all staff, including independent, contracted and non-clinical staff.

Is this initiative being driven by HR or our Organisation?

No, we are an independent initiative by ShareGratitude, dedicated to showcasing the amazing care provided by you and your colleagues.

I do not want to have a profile image. Can I still participate?

Yes! We encourage you to include a profile image to enable Patients and their relatives to more easily identify and thank you. However, an image of your name badge will suffice, if you prefer.

What is the purpose of this initiative?

Can “Thank You” messages be saved and downloaded for appraisals and future reference?

Absolutely! You will have access to all messages through your HUMAN App, and also receive a copy via email.
